My family and I moved to Texas in 2003, and now almost feel like native Texans! We have three children and when all were grown and out of the house, we decided to move to Royse City and get a place with a little less house and little more land. We’ve never regretted the move and love it Royse City!
I come to you from a very diverse background. I grew up in South Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance. In 1998, the company I was working for was acquired and my job was relocated to midtown Manhattan. For the next five years, my work commute took me into NYC… 1hr 45min each way! My wife and I were both working in the City that fateful morning of Sept. 11th, 2001, and the memories of that day will forever be with me. The experience gained in those 5 years is something I would never want to change; but just the same, when the opportunity to relocate to Texas came up… we jumped at it!
In 2006, my career migration towards real estate began. I took a position with a Property Management software & services company. That same year, I bought my first rental home. In 2015, I decided to get my real estate license and have found a passion for helping people with their real estate needs and then for personally flipping houses. I have a vested interest in what you sell for because it affects my personal homes value, so who better to help you get the most for your home than me! I also have a wealth of knowledge and resources when it comes to renovating. I am happy to share that with you so that you can get the most bang-for-your-buck with your home updates and improvements. Give me a call and let’s get started!
