My Story

I love Real Estate! I know that’s probably what every real estate agent says, but I have a profound sense of accomplishment when I help someone find their forever home. When listing a home there is an art to finding the perfect comparable to list your home at its highest potential so you can move on to your next dream home. I believe together with my skill and your dream we will be an effective team.

I have been a full-time Realtor since 2007, mother of 4 boys and married to my awesome husband, Bryan since 1989. I work for a power house in real estate, Jeanie Marten Real Estate. I have won numerous awards for production and dedication to excellence. My clients are completely satisfied with my customer service by exceeding their expectations. I can truly say, I will become your Realtor for life.

I focus on using the latest technology to market and sell listings. This technology includes property listing websites, call capture systems, various multi-media platforms, and mobile technology for potential buyers. In today’s complex market, both buyers and sellers will benefit from the knowledge and experience I have to bring to the table.

We recently worked together for a first time home buyer family and, even though they were buying an a-mazing family home, the roof was a little older than what we'd like in the insurance world.   I first met Jeanie when she was representing the buyer of an investment property I was selling. As a realtor, working on a transaction with an agent who is knowledgeable, responsible, professional, and responsive is a wonderful thing... and Jeanie is all of those! She works hard to make sure you know exactly what to expect at each point of the selling process.  We love the fact that she is incredibly honest and takes the time to explain everything you need to know.
