About Your Broker

Jeanie personifies being goal driven with a business plan to support it. She will spend time with you during your first days at JMRE visualizing your real estate career and then building a personalized business plan to support that vision. According to a Harvard study, 83% of the population has no goals, 14% have goals in mind but nothing written and only 3% have actual written goals. The study went on to find that the 14% are 10 times more successful than those without goals and the 3% are 3 times more successful than the 14%. Jeanie makes sure that you have the best shot at success by helping you through this process. Having a business plan that lives in the top drawer of your desk isn’t going to accomplish much so Jeanie also schedules weekly one on one coaching and accountability with you.

Jeanie brings a wealth of extensive experience with over 20 years in the residential real estate industry and as a broker since 2014. She has specialized in the northeast quadrant of the Dallas Metroplex (Sachse, Wylie, Murphy, Lavon, Nevada, Rowlett, North Garland, Rockwall, Forney, and surrounding communities). She loves people and numbers which is a perfect combination for real estate. Analyzing current market data and applying new marketing applications while collaborating with her clients to meet their needs is truly her specialty.

Education and Professional Development

Minimum Texas Real Estate Commission standards are not enough to be successful in real estate. We feel that this is so important that this is a pillar in our company philosophy. JMRE agents are dedicated to constantly learning and adapting to the real estate environment. By being focused on education and constant improvement, our agents weather the storms in our ever-changing environment.

 

  •  Weekly novice meetings are for any agent in the industry less than 5 years but all agents are welcome. We focus on role playing, skills building, accountability and mindset.
  • Weekly team meeting (Monday Money Meeting) is for the entire brokerage and focuses on our industry partners, our company inventory, skills, risk management and marketing ideas.
  • JMRE will pay up to $180 per year toward each agents continuing education and is a huge supporter of the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation.
  • JMRE hosts monthly CE & non-CE opportunities in the office and outside the office.
  • JMRE is partnered with Champions School of Real Estate.

Marketing

  •  Monthly high touch marketing opportunities (personalized to agent). These are a combination of pop-bys and mailable marketing pieces. Most cost less than $2 per piece
  • Open house planning and advertising (paid Event boost by JMRE for every open house planned thru the JMRE admin).
  • E-newsletter personalized for each agent and developed with the marketing coordinator. Set your schedule with the coordinator and use Follow Up Boss to get this rolling.
  • Listing flyers. Ask the admin to create and print your property flyers for you.
